Hey, mogger!

I am very knowledgeable about all these meds. I actually take Zoloft and Brintellix concomitantly, and I've studied Viibyrd and Fetzima.

I would eliminate Fetzima as an option for you. I'm also an advocate of Brintellix being an augmentation agent rather than a first-line drug. This leaves you with Viibyrd which I think is your best option. It is purported to have less sexual side effects and it has similar SSRI properties to your sertraline so it would be an easy crossover.

I suggest the vilazodone. Good luck!
