Is 5mg abilify effective against psychosis?

Last time I went to see my pdoc I told him I still had sexual dysfunction on Abilify 10mg and he said he would lower the dose next time so I am guessing it would probably be 5mg or something lower then 10mg...

I was wondering is this effective against prevent psychosis?
