I should have mentioned that I also take paroxetine and clonazepam. It is possible that the clonazepam is causing the tiredness. I only take a small dosage to augment. I've been through all the SSRIs (they all poop out after about 3 years) and the doses of clonazepam that I've had to take when they do have been so high that they've knocked me out. I tried valproate - but that actually made things a lot worse. I'm not 100% sure, but I think both the drugs you mentioned aren't subsidised where I live (NZ) hence they weren't an option.
