Lifelong Seroquel use. What can be expected?

Now that Cannabidiol has this flaw of reducing brain proteins that are enhanced by many antidepressants i come to wonder what happens if you take Seroquel life long.
Movement disorder? Diabetes? What are the odds?
Please be realistic. I don't want anti Meds propaganda, i want to know the truth..
Interestingly, no one talks about this.
Schizo-affective or Schizophrenia or Depression and Schizo.
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 20mg
Haldol 1mg
Lithium Orotate 10mg
Metformin 1500mg
Effexor 37.5 mg
