Geodon has a low incidense of extrapyramidal symptoms and great as an antidepressant-it agonizes 5ht1a and fht1b receptors and 5ht7 receptors which all effect mood. It aalso is a reuptake inhibitor of serotonin and norepenephrine, making it an antidepressant as well as an antipsychotic.
