usually the binders and fillers are benign, but sometimes they can interact differently with a persons system depending on metabolism and such. also i remember one issue with wellbutrin generic was the enteric coating. it would get into system too fast and not last long or be absorbed at a much higher rate than intended.

for me, i have an obvious issue with Teva, so it is probably specific to the chemical make up of the binders and fillers.
with the others... who knows.

i wish i knew more of organic chem....
