Have you tried low doses of doxepin? It is usually safe to combine with Nardil, despite being a TCA. It could be an inexpensive replacement for Seroquel. Amitriptyline has been used with Nardil also, but serotonin syndrome is a concern. The TCAs most likely to produce serotonin syndrome when combined with Nardil are imipramine and clomipramine.
