Scott, how do you distinguish between the two? I do feel a lot of inner tension and discomfort, and am having trouble with activities like watching TV etc.

Seroquel gives me genuine akathisia in even tiny doses (12.5mg). I might just washout from the Mirtazapine and try it again at a very low dose (1-3mg).
