Relax.
Allow a few days for the cognitive side effects to dissipate. It is not unusual to feel a little weird when raising the dosage of some drugs. 400 mg/day of Seroquel really is at the low end of the dose range for schizoid disorders. I think you should wait a week before making any changes.
