It is a logical thing to do.
If things don't work out with this new regime, I doubt you have reached the end of the line. I like your chances with the Nardil, though. Since you will have nortriptyline on board, be prepared for the possibility of increases in the magnitude of hypotension and urinary retention. Keep the Florinef (fludrocortisone) and Urecholine (bethanechol) handy. I found that these side effects mitigated somewhat with time, but did not disappear completely.
