Taking a combination of lamotrigine and minocycline may provide even greater relief. Both drugs act to reduce glutamatergic activity via different mechanisms. To my knowledge, these two drugs have not been studied together as adjuncts to antipsychotic treatment. Studies using lamotrigine without minocycline have shown inconsistent results, though. However, if it helps you, you might be a candidate for combination therapy. Perhaps others can offer some input if doing this would be contraindicated.
