Not too bad. I am not doing as well as I would have hoped at this juncture, but I am certainly better now than I was a year ago. The last few days have been disappointing, though. I think that the dosages of the 7 medications I'm taking are all tweaked optimally. I only recently increased the dosage of Lamictal from 200 mg/day to 300 mg/day. The only side effect that has emerged is an incease in hand tremors. I am pleased to report that I am not experiencing a worsening of cognitive and memory impairments.My doctor wants me to try methylphenidate, but I have been reluctant to do so. He prescribed a couple of pills for me to play with. I will probably give it a try later in the week. The goal of using methylphenidate is not to produce a euphoric antidepressant effect, but to improve cognition and reduce brain-fog.
