In reply to Nardil enteric capsules, posted by Cee on March 16, 2013, at 20:07:04
Cee,
Before I tried putting the contents of the Nardil that I was taking into enteric capsules, I had been taking 75 mg of the Australian Nardil, which is film coated. Prior to that point, I had noticed a response to the medication that lasted for about two weeks, as well as responses after I tried reducing my dose to 60 mg and after I increased the dose once again to 75 mg, but at the time that I tried putting the contents of the tablets into enteric capsules, I was noticing no response from the medication. I don't remember exactly how long it took before I started feeling better again, but I don't recall it being any more than a few days. Keep in mind that I was already at a dose that should have been therapeutic when I switched from film-coated Australian Nardil to my enteric version of the Australian Nardil. I wouldn't expect to notice a response so quickly from Nardil in enteric capsules if you weren't already taking a therapeutic dose of the medication in its film-coated version. I also noticed a reduction in the severity of some of my side effects, namely the urinary retention and excessive sweating that I had been experiencing, after I started using the enteric capsules.
Now some questions for you: If you're currently taking Nardil, what dose are you taking? And assuming that you're taking Nardil, what side effects do you seem to be experiencing?
