I am tapering clonazepam right now. I am down to 1/8 mg per day, from 2 mg per day.

I am wondering if Valerian root might be a good supplement to take, or whether it would interfere with the taper.

I got some melatonin to try helping me sleep tonight.

I have some Inderal lying around, but so far have preferred to use booze to relax.
