You are right, Phil! It is never too late! I've absolutely got to eat better too. It's gonna be easier now, well as long as I stay on my current therapy of Ritalin and Tegretol. We all know Ritalin can curb the appetite, but Tegretol! Anorexia is listed as one of it's side effects, and I can attest to that fact! Now I just have to be sure that what I DO eat is healthy. Luckily hubby likes to cook..lentils for tonight...so maybe between my new med and my health-conscious hubby I can lose weight and get healthier and avoid the dreaded diabetes! Good luck to all!
