Thank you both for your responses.

Right now, I'm on;

1. 60 mg of Parnate,
2. 250 mg of Nuvigil, and
3. 300 mg of Seroquel at night (primarily for sleep)

I've just started with a new psychopharmacologist and he hasn't made any changes yet. But even with the above combination I experience a great loss of energy compared to when I didn't experience major depression (in my early 20s); I continue to experience fatigue--even though I can sleep fine (and I know that this is a cardinal symptom of depression in some).

My prior psychopharmacologist refused to add a TCA or stimulant because I'm on Parnate. The current MD I'm seeing said he might consider it but for now he's only spoken to me of starting to take Omega 3 Fatty Acids with DHA and EPA. He has also spoken to me of Deplin (15mg), and has further spoken to me of Deprenyl, or Emsam, the transdermal patch and, finally, of D- and DL-phenylalanine.

He has not spoken to me, yet, of adding any other psychiatric medications for now (but he will the next time I see him).

Thank you again.
