Have you thought about a lower dose? Maybe 15mg? When I was in college and trying lower doses I found I had a hard time focusing on school. So not sure what is going on. When I went back to my 10mg dose, I remember telling my doc I was having an easyer time with school. 5mg I couldn't concentrate. I was concerned with everything around me like girls.

I find that zyprexa relaxes me and helps concentration on studies. Instead of being hyper and anxious. Yes smoking helped alot too. When I quit smoking in college I coould not focus on school either. NRT seems to help, but not as much as the smoking did. Guess thats why I didn't get my smoking under control till after college.
