NARI's have had some sucsess in panic disorder, so a drug that inhibits both seretonin and noradrenalin would be expected to be more effective than one that only inhibits seretonin reuptake.

Give it a try, it might just work!

Another useful way of inhibiting seretonin and noradrenalin is an SSRI such as Zoloft plus nortriptyline
