been about 14-15 days now on this liquid diet...i have a small dinner, i have too, no food for me ill lose energy and lowers blood sugar. But I realized the other day...i was out with my gf and we went to go eat mexican food....it was delicious and I skipped a shake and had 2 full meals, chilie for dinner and a salad. I though I could take a day off...but I got on the scale the next day....i went up 3 lbs..
so I have to ask...is the metabolism shot when you don't have food intake? I've started taking lots of Vitiman B, and other stuff....to keep my body healthy, but everytime I skip my diet and eat real food, paticularly mexican food it goes right to fat and I gain it back. I mean I thought my metabolism is getting better from losing weight, i've lost 11 lbs so far...but it goes up and yo yo's around. I wish I was on Dexedrine Diet right now LOL with the shakes and jogging, if that was the case I would already lost 20lbs.
But do you know anyway to make the metabolism improve? i've run-jogged-walked, eat non fat foods, small dinner, and 3-4 meal replacement shakes a day. Why is all this stupid stuff happening?
