Apparently, the combination of tranylcypromine (Parnate) and methylphenidate (Ritalin) is safe enough for NASA.

Some of our more enlightened doctors use methylphenidate to combat MAOI-induced hypotension in addition to treating treatment-resistant depression. That is not to say that the combination should not be administered without excercising caution.
