> hi neuroscience...yes, Lyrica is used for anxiety. But I found it made my depression much worse. And I actually had a couple of hallucinations while on it. It also made me paranoid. I think it is a nasty drug, at least for me. Now Neurontin is a completely different story...it worked so well on my anxiety and caused no adverse effects whatsoever. To me, it is a much better choice for anxiety than Lyrica. But of course, everyone is different. Just thought I'd share my experiences with the medications. Good luck,
