Mirtazapine and Nortriptyline happy together?

Mirtazapine seems to be pretty in vogue when it comes to adding something for depression (I've seen it suggested dozens of times, perhaps only second to MAOIs in recommendations.) I know it's technically contraindicated with TCAs (for SS, if I recall; maybe more.) Would it be a big deal to combine a small dose with 150 mg of Nortriptyline? Has anyone ever done this?
