But Tue side effects-nausea, anxiety and headache are so bad I could only take it a week or two at a time. Then when I'd stop it, a horrible crash. I repeated that cycle for years-the only time I got anything done was while on it. I told my pdoc finally to just take me off it.

I am sorry about that.

For me it seems to work in small doses, but yes it is difficult to sustain and the initial effect of improved mood seems not to last. Anyway, I am still experimenting with it. It seems to help with social anxiety too, when on it a time that it worked I feel like I think "normal" people do.
