Seroquel is not a bad choice if you can tolerate it. It can help with anxiety, insomnia, mood stability and depression.

If you up your lithium, the Tramadol won't make you hypomanic.

High energy does not always mean euphoric, it can also come in the form of anxiety, pressured feelings and irritability.

Do you get racing thoughts?
