lactose-free can be indicated for crohn's, if there is inflammation in the ileum.


I guess gluten-free works for some people, not for me. i tried the specific carbohydrate diet for almost a year and it did nothing for me.

I've tried LDN - nothing. I've been mostly in control using just mercaptopurine since 1997.

Curiously, desipramine, adderall, and wellbutrin seem to help some of my crohn's symptoms. Other psych drugs worsen them


BTW my doc broke down from all my whining and gave me hydrocodone and told me not to take it often. Once a day is fine for me.
