However mostly my reaction is like yours - it is no more their business than it's my grocery stores business that I am now buying my milk elsewhere or not at all. I suspect this is mainly some kind of twisted marketing data that only benefits the store. And if I ever am given something like that my response will likely be to make sure that I rotate my prescriptions as much as possible so that their data is worthless. And perhaps see if there are other weaknesses in their system. For instance what happnes if you call in a refill and then leave it uncollected until they reshelve it?
A 63% huh? That really is offensive.
