I wouldn't expect too much from this experiment, for a few reasons. First, is it the right form of B12? If it is not methyl-B12 then it's a guess whether your body is actually using it or not, or using it properly or not. The methyl version is already in the absorbable form. Second, the Bs and minerals work in concert. If one of the Bs is going to be beefed up, they should all be beefed up as well, at least a little bit in comparison to the main one focused on. B12 for therapeutic purposes is usually better given by injection or skin patch. Dosing, probably best in morning because possibility of sleep disturbance is possible. Better though is to spread it out in smaller amounts throughout the day, 3 or 4 times.
