Good morning.

> Scott, it's adorable that you think you can diagnose me on the internet.

It may have escaped you, but I did no such thing. The only thing I did was to acknowledge that you have been treated for pscyhiatric illness. It might be hard for you to believe, but I was more concerned with your welfare than winning a food-fight. It appeared to me that, perhaps, you decompensated very acutely into whatever illness state your doctors were treating. That's all.

I don't think I have ever seen anyone, including me, attempt to diagnose you. If I have, as you say, ascribed to you a diagnosis, I challenge you to identify it by offering here a URL link to it. If you cannot find a link, at least name the diagnosis I suggested for you. If you do produce such a link, I might apologize, depending on the context.

> In all actuality, I do fine.

That's wonderful.

> I'm just a grumpy old bastard who simply ought not be playing in this particular sandbox,

Oh, the "deeper waters" thing again. It gets old - sort of like an inferior programmer's endless loops.

> lest I dig up snotty little turds like you.

I hope others will be as tolerant of me as they have been of you for having been reactive to what I feel is "intense provocation". After all, I am human.

Whatever true colors I may be, I hope they may compare favorably to those true colors of you that you have exposed here for everyone to see. For me, "grumpy" just doesn't cut it as an explanation.

> I can find plenty of delusional dingbats elsewhere if I want.

Are all people who suffer from delusions dingbats? I'm not sure I know of anyone who is empty-headed, but I do like the silly aspect of being a dingbat.

> Now, I think I'll go back to the real world

I bet some people wish that this place were not so real.

> and make some music and do some other way-more useful stuff, and leave the amateur psychobullshit to you and your minions.

I think you should expect that you will have some people like me disagreeing with you. If you have a problem with people disagreeing with you, perhaps you ought not to offer your unsolicited and challenging opinions all of the time. I don't think that disagreeing with you is a de facto indication of a lack of free-thinking on the part of others, especially if the thinking of those others matches that of what you consider to be mainstream. I suppose I am free to think that Dr. Adler is competent as an expert on ADHD.

> BTW: speaking of amateur diagnoses, I suspect you have Aspergers.

Not that there's anything wrong with that...
