> It's been a week since a major change happened in my life-my son moving to go to the university.Im 48 yrs old,and through-out my life, major change=depression.I thought I was heading downhill. But I didnt go there!I was able to adapt my view of the situation, see that he is happy, and go with the flow.Only med I take now is .5mg klonopin at night.Ive had moments of pure clarity and happiness, and also the expected sadness, and feeling of loss. But k kept me level, and kept anxiety at bay,and in turn, the depression never visited me.

Awesome! I think I've had more clarity of thought since I discontinued psychiatric chemicals. I am recently, even getting out and enjoying the sunshine.I admit, quitting the chemicals was not the whole contributor to my overall; better, state of well-being. Being completely honest with myself and who am has also been a significant contributor.
Good news! It is welcome here!!!
