Parnate and urinary retention/hesitancy..Prazosin?

Hi, this is my first post here.. I am currently taking parnate at 15 mg and am already running into urinary retention. Would Prazosin work for this in a low dose? I am very very sensitive to most meds, an 'ultraslow metaboliser'. Or would something like Flomax be better for strictly urinary side effects? I've read some posters seeing good results with Prazosin which is why I am curious.
