Abilify?

Wasn't clear on who said this "Also, I have heard so many horror stories of abilify."
What's up with abilify? I was actually thinking about asking pdoc about it?

Diagnosis: depression and anxiety
Current meds: paxil 20mg., desiprimine 20mg., clonazepam .5mg.
Of meds tried, nortriptyline worked the best but caused major weight gain so d/c
