HypoThyroid, Anemia, or Depression?

Headed to pdoc in the Morning- Hoping to get some results- had LOTS of tests done to rule out "stuff" other than depression.....hoping to find an answer. ALL I want to do is sleep. If tests are "normal" what do I do?
Diagnoses: MDD, GAD, ADHD
MEDS:
Trileptal: 300 mg 2x/day
Focalin IR: 10 mg
Prozac: 20 mg
Klonopin: .5 mg twice daily
