OmegaBrite is the only product I know of that is composed to increase the ratio of EPA/DHA to 7/1. Most other fish oil products have, at most, a 3/2 ratio. DHA makes its way into the brain more readily than EPA and can be derived from conversion of EPA, so the ratio in the brain is skewed towards DHA when compared to blood levels. It is my belief that the less DHA in the fish oil, the better.

Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega fish oil contains EPA 650mg and DHA 450mg
OmegaBrite contains 350mg of EPA and 50mg of DHA.
