lamictal too stimulating

just recently went up from 100 of lamictal (on for years)to 159 and feel more speeded up and forgetfull(not a surprise!)also take 60 cymbalta ,600 tegretoland 2.5 ativan.....has this happened to anyone...might go back to 100
