Caffeine at high amounts causes errors

Posted by rjlockhart04-08 on January 20, 2012, at 14:39:04

I have had some coffee this morning and I swear I hate caffeine. It causes anxiety, it causes my depression to be irrtibile and it also significantly causes more errors in repetitive and mathematics tasks, plus more anxiety during performance related things. I have considered ephredrine and now I just cannot handle over the counters stimulants because they are bad, cheap, and only work to make you more nervous, there's increased energy but it tends to cause nervous energy. Make sure you don't consume more than 300mg of caffeine a day. Maybe 100mg of caffeine would be ok for some altertness but anything above 300-400mg causes nasty side effects. There's some peole that can handle high doses because they have tolerance and consume it everyday. Caffeine will increaes energy but in tasks that require mental accuracy will worsen and cause problems at high doses that go above having alertness, meaning it results into jitters
