At the time I did them very briefly as had same problem. Even downing four beers didn't allow sleep for more than four hours. I felt sick the whole time at 5am at work would feel nauseaus. Some adjust some don't. I would think melatonin would be kind of a one time deal to reset body clock if had traveled and now back home ready to assume regular schedule. That you can excercise sure says something for your stamina. Phillipa
