Viibryd did this to me in a way that no other drug ever has. I've only been given a typical antipsychotic once, and it was administered with lorazepam.
I never knew exactly what those black box warnings about suicidal ideations on antidepressants were all about until I took Viibryd. They came out of nowhere and were quite intense despite my not actually having any desire to kill myself whatsoever--completely irrational.
Without question the most horrific experience I've had with an antidepressant was vilazodone.
