That's interesting. If you check out Preskorn's excellent article on bupropion (http://www.preskorn.com/columns/0001.html), the original dosage range was 600-900, and they literally recalled the trucks as they were on their way to pharmacies when they discovered the increased seizure risk. I used to take Wellbutrin in combination with an anticonvulsant, but the combo appears to give me migraines (both trileptal and lamictal gave me migraines, but I think Wellbutrin was complicit). Even at those higher doses, the seizure risk is still pretty low, it's just that when you are selling a drug to millions of people even a low incidence shows up in a major way. I think at 300 mg it's 1 in 1000, at 450 it jumps to 4 in 1000...not sure what it is in the 600-900 range, but one imagines it is still pretty low.
