Wow, you pretty much ruled out -all- possible sleep meds with that sentence.
Beta blockers can cause depression in some folks, just an FYI.
Ive taken hydroxyzine (short acting antihistamine) and prazosin (short acting alpha blocker) for sleep with some success. recently moved to kava-kava + melatonin. Not half bad actually. But my sleep issues are minor compared to someone on MAOI.
