In reply to Do Antidepressants Really Work?, posted by Phillipa on July 23, 2011, at 0:07:56
They work for me - and i dont think its placebo response as I tried several well known antidepressants with no effect (Celexa, Effexor, Zoloft0 before finding one that worked (Edronax, not well known) and when it worked, it worked amazingly well.
They arnt wonder pills, they dont made peopke who are sad and dissatisfied with life happy, but they do help endrogenous depression if you take the time to find the right drug for you.
Not sure what medicine has to offer the sad people who arnt suffering from the sort of depression that responds well to antidepressants, apart from sympathy.
