Fatigue can be many, many other things too.
Could be your general physical condition... some sort of cardiac thing? HAve you gained any weight on this drug?
Ive heard of 'nap attacks' on dopamine agonists. Makes me wonder if drugs that inhibit dopamine reuptake or MAO-B might have similar effects?
I also have terrible fatigue and the doc wants to do a sleep study. I dont think I have apnea, but I do have delayed sleep phase. My rhythms are upside down ever since the depression came back.
Desipramine fixed the fatigue for a short period which makes me wonder if its related to my screwed up HPA axis from PTSD.
I get the feeling the only docs out there that come close to understanding some of these weird 'outlying' conditions are those in research, not in clinics treating patients. Which sucks for us =(
