I think it sort of depends on which one you instinctively feel is maybe doing the most good. If you can't tell, or if you can't really feel them much, or if side effects aren't much, then it really doesn't matter. Flip a coin. I do think though that a dose increase of wellbutrin will pack more of a punch than increasing remeron. If the whole thing really doesn't work out, I wouldn't walk away from it until trying low dose TCA with it. Anafranil or Amitriptyline, maybe Nortriptyline. Adding an SSRI could be a good way to go too, but I personally have more faith in the TCAs. Wellbutrin, Remeron, and TCA in a 3 way cocktail if dose increases don't work good enough. That's probably what I would do in your shoes. Being very sensitive though, my doses would be a lot lower than yours.
