Hi,
I am currently taking Prozac 60mg and Clomipramine 50mg. I was on the Prozac first. The two seem to work together so that I am actually taking more like 200mg of Clomipramine, I was told.
My side effects include shaking of my leg, but Clomipramine helped me so much that I am willing to overlook this side effect.
I don't know about the risk of serotonin syndrome. I will take this risk if it means my suicidal thoughts are gone.Roslynn
