Can't stand it!

Ok - I have gone 4 days without Adderall and I just can't stand it. Today I had to take 1/4 of a pill (not much), but I have been so exhausted and have had not energy. The 60mg of Geodon is knocking me out pretty hard at night and I am sleeping great, but I am struggling during the day.
Is it possible that I may need a small amount of a mood stabilizer during the day to take WITH the Adderall? Maybe something that will keep my mood stable and still allow me to get the energy, focus, motivation with my Adderall?
I'm afraid with Geodon alone, I may sleep all day and get nothing done.
Plus, the Adderall dose help with my depression.
Ugh!
