Jay, very informative post. Hadn't heard of trileptal. Lyrica has been mentioned to me for pain.
Has anyone mentioned neurontin in this thread? Does it have any minor BP effect?
I was wondering if it would take the edge off ptsd hyper-arousal.

MDD currently controlled. C-ptsd and comorbid health concerns. Chronic fatigue.
