Exercise & essential fatty acids (such as DHA which brain content of anandamide - the brains own THC). Dark chocolate contains both anandamide and compounds which prevent the metabolism of anandamide. Oleamide (omega 9) also has cannabanoid properties.
Salvia might help (kappa agonists have antiadditctive properties). Coffee might help replace some of the dopamine release.
As far as meds, something like amitriptyline or remeron might help prevent anorexia, anxiety and insomnia associated with withdrawl, a benzo might be useful, but this can have its own tollerance issues.
