The second full day on asenapine was magical, but today, the third, was horrible. So I don't know what to think -- going up to 10 mg at bedtime tonight, see what happens...

Each individual's psychobiology is unique, and my reactions to a given medication might not match yours. If depression is an issue, Abilify can work very well, although it is perhaps best used as an adjunct to antidepressants. Abilify has its liabilities, though. Some, but not all, people gain weight. It might also raise deleterious serum triglycerides.
