Halo Reach (huge video game release) just came out and I can hardly even feel any urge to play it but I force myself to. Same with my video editing which I sometimes find fun. Head pain comes most during evening and night. I wish I knew how to better manage it because it always correlates to how I am feeling. The less pain... the more drive, motivation, concentration, creativity, energy I have.

>Yes, sometimes lowering the dose helps. I guess when you read here about people taking 80 - 100 mg of Parnate you feel that you will need to go that high. Abilify might be a good way to augment the Parnate. I know that people do take it with Parnate and it helps. I take Nortriptaline to augment my Parnate and I know that it helps because one time I decided that I didn't need and so I went off it and I got much worse.
It really sounds like you are struggling right now. How long are you willing to stick with the Parnate? Do you have a back up med in mind?
Keep posting, ok?
