Hi Simcha,
How about reducing your Cymbalta dose to 30mg? This should help you to decide whether you're actually obtaining any benefit from it, whilst also reducing the adverse effects and acting as a stepping stone to coming off Cymbalta - if indeed that's what you decide to do.
