My doc mentioned Emsam (saying he had some success with his patients), although I haven't heard much success with drug in regards to anxiety disorders; especially at the standard dose. The larger doses may be more effective, but then you have the diet problems just like the other meds. I understand Emsam seems to be safer choice, but I want real efficacy (the kind of night and day responses I hear from Parnate users here from time to time). If Emsam didn't do what I wanted I would have to wait 2 week washout for Parnate correct? Can anyone vouch for either?
Also I tried Manerix (that reversible MAOI) and basically found it to be bunk. It did help somewhat, but not as much as other treatments. Also can Parnate really be the key to my life that I'm missing? I'd really like to be able to socialize with people again and not continually get fired from jobs or relationships because of depression symptoms (not arriving on time, low productivity etc.)
